I first had a hiring manager interview. Following this, I had a senior manager interview. Both of these were largely behavioral, and the technical questions just revolved around asking what projects I have done. There were a few questions about "how do I account for people from different backgrounds on my team," etc.

Question 1
Describe a project that you worked on in technical detail.
The interview was fairly simple. I only got asked behavioral questions, even though the recruiter told me to prepare for a technical interview. The interviewers were nice, but ended up not getting a response.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I was contacted for an initial behavioral screening call, then given an online assessment, then a behavioral interview with two senior engineers/hiring managers. Questions were generally straightforward, leaned into how my experience's connected with Dell's code of conduct and company ideals.
Online and asked me about my past projects. Took about an hour and also asked me about past work experience. Interviewer was really nice and it was a casual interview. Only had one interview.
