SM would be more technical on the hands on experience while partner interview is more on business perspective focusing on the revenue could be brought to the company.
The process took a very long time (several months) and seemed to indicate challenges with internal communication/coordination. After a fairly straightforward recruiting interview, didn’t hear back one way or the other. Conflicting information sent via email before being ghosted.
Felt valued and respected throughout the interview process. Onboarding could have been better though as often, the precedence was given to candidate accepting the offer and joining on a given date versus respecting commitments already given to existing employer.
