Interview
HR contacted me initially and had a couple of telephonic interviews mostly centred around interests and skills. Followed by a telephonic interview with the relevant manager and in person interview a week later. Process was well conducted and professional.
The interview started with general questions and then proceeded towards technicalities on MS Excel in the form of a data consolidation exercise. The interview went on for about an hour. The interviewer was also kind enough to provide feedback on what I did right and where I could have done better, and apply alternative formulae.
The manager were nice and welcoming, he explain what the job they do . The interview with the hr was a bit cold , no smile , but overall it was a good experience
The interview was a physical one, and the coordination was not that good, the people who came at 8 AM, their interview was scheduled at 12 PM, apart from this rest all things were satisfactory.
