I applied for the job online and was asked to complete two personality assessments immediately after I finished the application. I did so and received an email two days later for an interview. The interview was an online interview on HireVue where you are asked a question and can rerecord your answer as many times as you would like. I actually was on vacation when I received this invitation, so did not complete my interview until 9 days later. I was asked 6 different questions -- all situational (and customer service oriented) in past work experiences or school. They ask you to include your action + the result in every answer.
The interview process was brief and informal, focusing mainly on my personality and overall fit for the team. The conversation covered my background, interest in the role, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The interview was 4 Questions and easy , pretty great environment ! They put it down on a piece of paper to review it I didn’t get the job though which I don’t understand that part. Why say hire if you won’t hire , I was an hour early had the correct attire as well and I thought the interview went well

Interview
From start to finish was a smooth process. Went much easier than I had anticipated. I was nervous but they were very kind & made everyone in our group feel like a part of the Delta family.
