Application
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Delta uses an interview process called the S.T.A.R. interview. All questions asked must be answered in this format for the answer to be considered complete. This stands for Situation Task Action Response. This is true for phone interviews, 1:1 interviews, panel interviews, etc. Think up situations before the interview so you have them ready. This gives you the opportunity to give your best examples, not just the ones you thought of at that moment while under pressure.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I don't think the questions were really tough, but the tough part is to be sure you answered with all pieces of the S.T.A.R. process.
Interview process was very straight forward. First completed a HireVue virtual interview then received an interview via Teams. It was a typical STAR format interview with 4 members of the team. My only feedback is the response time after the interview, didn't hear anything for weeks before getting an email and call from HR letting me know the position had been filled.

What is the company culture like at your current company?
I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Miami, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
Applied through Zip Recruiter, which led me directly to the Delta website. After that I took initiative and contacted several Delta recruiters directly via LinkedIn. I expressed my interest and a few days later one of them replied to me and invited me to do a video interview.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Describe the past positions or experience that makes you the right candidate for the job.
I applied before, so this time, I got a call from Delta's recruiter. They booked for an interview at ATL, flew me down for an one day round trip. Hop on taxi from airport to office. Met HM, and one hour interview. Left home at 6am, gotten back at 11pm. Long day. Just prepare to pace yourself!! Don't overeat, be sure to know yourself and materials about the role you are applying for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you work within a team?
How do you convince a superior of your concept?
How do you deal with major change?
A lot of these questions will be based on "Tell me about a time when"... STAR interview questions.
Prepare to link your story and experience to what they are looking for!
Keep practicing before your interview. It will help a lot. Sorting out how to best position yourself to the HM.
