Interview
Put in the application online October, 2013 got a face to face interview January, 2014. First call was from a 00 line was asked a few questions: child in the middle of the floor, a passenger who had assumed to much alcohol, a passenger who was not satisfied with his meal. Second phone interview I missed. I did call back to explain the reason I missed the call and still received an email for a face to face interview so I only had one phone interview.
It was a great experience.

They use the STAR method so make sure you have some scenarios.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
