Applied for in October 2013. Answered some questions online, then invited to take an online personality assessment of 70 questions. Then invited to complete a full application and waited to be contacted. I was called back 10 days later, asked some scenario questions and invited to schedule a phone interview in the near future or do it straight away.

Question 1
I was asked 4 scenario questions - 1/ if a toddler is running up and down aisles, parents don't control and someone complains, what do you do? 2/ child asleep on floor when start of heavy turbulence. Parents reluctant to wake child, what do you do? 3/ On a delayed flight, pax frustrated, customer becomes irate when you don't have his meal preference, what do you do? 4/ Drunk pax asks for more alcohol, what do you do? I answered these OK I guess as the interviewer then said I could schedule a phone interview or just do it right away (which I chose). 1/ Describe a difficult customer, how you dealt with them etc. 2/ describe when you had a difficult situation to resolve, how did you do it? 3/ Describe a successful situation, what you did, did you enjoy it? 4/ Describe TWO situations where you saw someone being unfair or underhand, what did you do and what was outcome.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.

it went really smooth and was a great experience. they really made me feel at home and I hope to get a call back soon. the questions were focused on customer service and brand identity.
