Video Interview, Online interview with 5 questions. Basic questions that you answer with no interaction with an interviewer. You click on a link, and begin the interview with a filmed person asking a question you have 2 minutes to respond. Questions like, Tell us a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. Or let us know about a time you noticed an employee be dishonest. What did you do about it?

I feel the most difficult question was the above and beyond question. I feel if you have a strong work ethic, you don't consider much above and beyond.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
