I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The whole process was pretty simple. The interview process is tough so study up on all the questions and STAR method. Smile throughout the whole face to face interview. You will in a room with sometimes 50+ people and you want to stand out. Mingle and chat to all the people in the room if you can.

Create a PA announcement for a couple celebrating their 50th anniversary
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
