From what I understand, there were at least 200,000 applicants of which 8,000 were chosen to be be interviewed. Of the 8,000, 2,000 will be hired. It's an honor to be requested for a F2F with Delta. They're interviewing process is extremely picky. They're are some FA's with other airlines that can't seem to get a F2F with Delta.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
