Interview
The hiring process started with an online submission, after passing the initial questions you move forward into a personality test. If your answers reflect that of their desired candidate you are asked to schedule a phone interview. After the 1st phone interview you will be called by a member of their HR team and asked additional questions. IF you do well on this second phone interview you are asked to schedule and in person interview. This interview takes about 30 minutes, basic questions, brief resume review, etc.

How I would react to certain customer service questions.
Long long but if you’re willing to go through the eight month process, it’s definitely worth it stick with it and they consequences are great you just have to be consistent and study.
I was asked to videotape myself answering some interview questions but felt that I was at a disadvantage because I dislike being on film and the questions were too specific to allow for a natural answer so pretty sure I came across stuff and vague.
