Your put into a room with everyone. They split you into groups. Group A, Group B, Group C. One of those groups will have the face to face interview which consist of (4) questions. The other group will do a cart activity you must work as a team. The last group will be able to ask questions about the day to day life as a FA. You’ll continue rotating until you’ve done all activities/areas.
They are observing everything you do. You must be able to mingle & chat with the flight attendants during “mingle time”. At the end they will say you’ll get a email with updates(NOT TRUE) you’ll get a email if you did not receive the job. They WILL offer you a CJO if you got the job... They then will call your name. The 1st set of people did not receive the job offer.

N/A General interview questions. Why delta, what does the day to day life look like for a FA? How would you adapt to missing important days. Etc..
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
