I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
Signed up for a hiring day event, was given a 20 minute slideshow presentation about the job and the company along with a group of other applicants, then we each went to one-on-one interviews. My interview was a very relaxed and casual conversation, I was given a CJO (conditional job offer) and spent the next 5 hours on site - drug test, lots of paperwork, physical agility test, fingerprinting, etc. About two weeks later I received an email that confirmed I passed all the tests and provided my start date for training.
