I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online this past Sunday, Aug. 23rd and received an email assessment the next morning, the 24th. By the 25th, I received an email inviting me to take an online digital interview. This was my first time but Glassdoor helped with being prepared. You should dress just like you're going to a regular interview and behave the same way. It is timed 3 minutes and gives you 30 seconds to prepare after showing a video of a Delta employee asking the question. This is as far as I've come, but given the speed of my responses back from Delta, it looks like they are working fast for this set of face to face interviewers. Good luck everyone!
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Give an example when you faced with a difficult task. What was the task and how did you handle it?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
