You are split up into three groups, a fireside chat where you ask a Senior FA questions and then they draw questions from a pile of cards, a reach and seatbelt test, one on one interview, and then there's just a presentation about what to expect. Everyone is really friendly, its also really important to mingle with everyone there. The one on one interview for me was a little nerve racking, i was interview by two women and they took notes the whole time, even after I was done speaking they continued to write which was awkward because I didn't know if I should of kept talking or not. They do call back 10 or so people at the end of the interview into a separate room, those people get the CJO's. I did read on here that if you're sent to the bus, you still have a chance. Didn't help that our bus driver attempted to give us a motivational speech saying that it was okay and to not let this ruin our weekend and that we can all try again in six months.....lol. I personally know that I answered a crucial question wrong and that sealed my fait. But my advice is to be yourself, in the one on one interview they allow you to take notes before you answer the question, i WOULD recommend that, I wish I did that.
SIDENOTE: I know they are really strict about tattoo's, I have a small flower on the inside of my left foot that I covered with makeup for the interview (Because I had read on here that tattoos are a huge no no, and to not disclose that you have any, even if they are on your back ect....) but a girl in my group had color flowers on the top of her foot that you could see through her stockings, and she got a CJO.
Although I was denied, I learned from my mistakes and will try again! Good luck to everyone, and if you do not get a CJO and get sent on the rejection bus like I did, DO NOT GIVE UP! Keep trying!
