Democracy Forward Foundation interview questions

The interview process consisted of a screening interview, then an interview with hiring manager, followed by a panel interview. I removed myself from consideration before the final stage so I am not sure if there were additional steps.

Had very quick communications with hiring team after application submission. Difficult to understand compensation; you must find your own funding despite listed $70k salary. The company does fund your salary in part, but again you must find a sponsor to cover the rest of the expected salary.
