Most of the questions were technical. They were looking for experienced candidates. They didn't care much about what potential a candidate could bring and add to their team. It didn't matter how good your background and skills are.Just years of expereince is what they are looking for in this position.

Revit and CAD skills, Knowledge of relavant codes and standards
Introducing yourself and background, past working experience and your skillset. And discuss about what types of projects you have been worked for. The whole interview is in a casual side and nothing technical.
