I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Cary, NC) in Mar 2016
Interview
The Recruiter called viewing my profile on Dice. I was being selected for a telephonic round 45 mins with VP and one more person from his team. Which I cleared. I was a out of state candidate so there was a skype interview 2 hours allocated and a schedule was given. Same persons interviewed but they did not even follow the schedule.
At the end they said they will get back which they never did. Anyways, usually there is always a communication after F2F but very strange for such a big professional company.
Strange things: Too many new persons involved in the interview process every time whenever a interview was schedule a new person would do that and the person I would speak earlier was not even cc ed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical questions was average. The VP asked me spelling of Deutsche bank not sure why? What's the revenue? what's the verticals?
I think the interviewers need a course in how to interview people and sell their company. I had to ask about the team structure what they do and everything which is given out by the interviewer at the beginning.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Deutsche Bank (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was called in after sending in my resume and spoke with the Team Manager, typical questions. How much experience have you had , have you ever worked for Deutsche Bank or its subsidiaries before. Then the Unit Manager came in and starting talking about how great the Mercedes Benz discounts were for Deutsche Bank were. The job pays $58,000.00 per year. I asked how much does this job pay again.
