I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible working hours and good benefits. The company is a good place to start one's career.

    Cons

Moves at a glacial pace due to a lack of change in it's financial position. This dictates constant cost cuts and talent growth can be stifled as a result. Loyal staff aren't recognized enough.

    Advice to Management

Encourage "intrapreneurial" activities and innovation that allow staff to develop so that they can collectively influence the bank's position to compete with competitors. More work needs to be done to break done silos.

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and flexible work life balance. Lots of opportunities to rotate to different roles

    Cons

Very difficult to ever get a payrise these days. I know people who have not had any movement in comp for several years. Promotion is also difficult and sadly if you dont know the right people you wont move far

    Advice to Management

Company has lost its way. Several years of declining share price to 8 euros highlights this. Appreciate the staff you have rather than constantly hiring externally all the time
