Handy as a stepping stone, though no longer considered top tier talent.

Loads of opportunities, quick progression possible when you deliver, loads of smart people, lots to learn all the time, strong employees networks and outside work interest for those interested , feeling of belonging

    Cons

Too much admin, slow decision making, cost pressure which to some extent inhibit collaboration to get issues solved, still unclear whether we have a credible party to great financial performance again

    Advice to Management

Focus on system rationalization, data and project management skills throughout the organization as fundamental core strategy enabler with tangible annual targets and measurable outcomes

"No performance driven, despite slogans. Very good only in words and in formal way, but beside that, mediocrity."

    Pros

Colleagues are ok. Premises are very good. Canteen food was a bit better before but still good and quite affordable.

    Cons

Management at first appears competent, then you realize it is all smoke and appearance. Bonuses not paid because of US trading fines

    Advice to Management

Middle and Low management should be honest and not make favoritism because of friendship of race - religion - or sex.
Lot's od relatives in the company, and people of the family. This is cultivating mediocrity and aligned - bought thoughts. You should instead encourage new ideas, paradigms and way to think "the job". And least, hire the best with a competitive salary. I'm leaving as I found my managers didn't give value to my thoughts and proposals. And if you are keen to innovate, as it now Deutsche Bank is not a good place. All new ideas area heavily manipulated or managed in a way so "old school" that they end up deprived or their innovative payload.
