I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It has good perks, work environment and facilities. Colleagues are supporting and one can challenge the views freely and discuss good and bad points to make systems and processes robust.

    Cons

Company is changing but it is slower compared to its peers due to bureaucracy. It will take time to be fighting fit for twenty first century. Lots of people get frustrated and leave due to this.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and cut the management levels.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Deutsche Bank (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Opportunities to move departments and locations. Good salaries, but don't expect a bonus or any promotions. People are generally nice.

    Cons

Recent words used by various employees - bizarre, insane, managers are dictators, don't care about delivery, purposefully trying to get people to leave to reduce costs.
I was even offered hugs, rather than the promotion and bonus I had worked hard for and told I deserved, by a Managing Director in an effort to make me stay. I raised this to HR but nothing was done.
Everyone I know still there are trying to leave.

    Advice to Management

If you keep driving the good people away you'll be left with only the ones who haven't yet got a job elsewhere.
