I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits package which you can pick and choose, Pension contribution is 12.5%

    Cons

Low pay package in comparison both internally and externally, not very good at utilising benchmark.

    Advice to Management

Need to look at bringing salary in line, there is a very big pay gap when newly appointed AVP's are earning higher than long established VP's

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time

    Pros

I enjoy working with fellow employees and I have an enjoyable and challenging role. There are good training opportunities too.

    Cons

Pay and bonuses have been disappointing for me and sadly I think the best remuneration goes to those new to the organisation rather than those loyal to it.

    Advice to Management

Raise salaries of those internal employees that are performing well and being paid less than market value.
