First interview was the technical one with the division manager. It was neither hard nor easy, reflected the position quite well. The description and the questions gave the right impressions and prepared me for what was going to follow. The manager even set up a meeting with the fresh employees so they can share their impressions what they've been through the first months. After the technical interview the one with the HR followed where you receive questions regarding the salary and other benefits, and also some other typical HR/psychology questions. Everything went quite smooth, and the experience was better than expected but I have to confess that I had some really disappointing experiences with interviews with local small companies, so maybe my expectations were somewhat low.
