I heard about the opening of this position at an University event and I gave my CV to the HR. I was called after one week and I had two interviews. One with a portfolio manager (technical one/motivational) and one with the HR (motivational). The whole process lasted 2 weeks. The portfolio manager made me feel comfortable and talk about my previous experience and main skills.
