Very pathetic process. Reached yerwada office at 10:30 am 1. Online test completed at 12:00 No one attended me and many other guys. We left at 5 :00 pm without interview. Management was poor. Called and scheduled my interview again. This time F2F. F2F Experience: Really Frustrating. She was not good with her question asking . Or may be I was not able to understand her well. Example: 1.how do you call other webservices in you api. Answer: Using apache httpclient. She was not happy. I went in detail about implementation of client. Still not happy. She said I am asking Get or Post etc. 2. How to return pojo from rest webservice. :-) Ans: Hang And many more such questions. It was post lunch time, I understand she was bored. But I came driving 30 minutes. I strongly think companies should take a telephonic screening first. This was my first interview.
