The process was very intense. I was interviewed by 7 people of different areas and levels. It showed the determination to find a candidate that really fits into the culture and has all the relevant skills and experience needed. This shows the aim to hire with a short term perspective regarding contribution of the new hire to the company and a long term perspective regarding the time the candidate is hopefully working for Deutsche Bank. It is not unusual to have people interviewing you, that have been in the company for many many years.
I really appreciated to a) meet all the key stakeholders during the interview process and b) to get an insight into the job and the expectations from a wide variety of angles.
It is important to know, that the whole hiring process can take up a lot of time. In my case from the first contact with the recruiter to the offer being made it took roughly 4 months.
