Very senior manager asking a very direct question relating to age of candidate!!! Aggressive approach, out dated views and despite not having management responsibility of candidate told them that they would not be allowed to manage their team. Naturally left as fast as possible and kept running

On campus interviews for the first round. Second was on the phone due to bad weather (could not fly to New York City). I believe there was a dinner - but everything should be thought of as an interview.
