It was a walkin on 19 Jul 2025 at Magarpatta, Pune. First round was technical assesment which consist of 25 MCQs( includes unix, sql, itil, devops). Immediately they declared the result. But for interview only two panel were there and for each condidate the interview was avg. 45 minutes. It was a poor management from HR team. As it was a walkin, they should arrange more panels. For interview round they declared results immediately. Then at noon they arranged meal for remaining candidates and funny thing was no one was selected til the time. My interview started at 4.30 pm , interviwer was calm and tech person. He started with introduction then examined my resume. He asked to write a shell script to pool data from oracle db. Then some questions related to written script. He asked some commands- awk,sed, grep etc. Then he started with some sql queries and asked some scenario based questions. ITSM- he asked day to day activities like incident/problem/change management. Finally he asked about devops related questions - git, jenkins, docker. He asked to write ansible script to deploy apache on linux. Interview was approx 90 mimutes. Then i got confirmation from hr that i need to go the next panel which project fitment( managerial round). It was a techno managerial round he asked some unix and ansible related questions. Then he asked about team management. It was a 24*7 project, so asked me about my readiness. I cleared this round, then next was HR discussion which started 7 pm. It was just hr things. Current company, ctc and why you are leaving current company and join DB. She explained salary structure and position they can offer. She told she will declare the result in next 2-3 days, but still I have not got any communication. For walkin ~70 people were there, out of which we 4 were there til last. No offer, no communication. The hr who asked me twice about my availability for walkin , even she is not replyingor picking thr calls. It feels like waste of time. If it is walkin in DB never trust them. It looks like a scam or show off.
