Very quick process. Had my first and second interview on the same day. It was very easy and they were very easy to talk to. My first interview was with the president of the company and second was with the CEO. They didn't ask any questions regarding specific questions about pieces in my portfolio. They did ask a lot of questions about experience.

Interview
This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever been to. Everyone was wearing casual clothes, and the office was incredibly small with a bunch of cubicles packed into a tiny space. I understand casual attire, but the person interviewing me had their dog with them in the office. Everyone acted like it was totally natural to have a dog just hanging out in the office!!
This job is not for any serious professional and is a waste of time. For anyone looking to apply here, know that they expect you to work 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and for you to bend over backwards for the company.
Besides potentially working 10 hour days, the interviewer made it seem like they had a ton of designers coming in, making the interviewee feel like there was a lot of competition. There was just a lot of tension. Designers Beware!!!!!!
