I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Digicides in Feb 2023
Interview
I received a call from the current HR manager and it's a screening round so went well and just some general questions about why I want to switch and explain my experiences, my achievements, the challenges, etc. Post that I had a F2F interview with one of their founders and it went straight away for 2 hrs explaining the company, its target customers, revenue stream, and scale-up plans, and how I would be able to contribute towards that process. The most interesting part they thought, they opened an office in Kolkata because they still think they will be getting cheap tech and other resources, and after hearing all the good stuff they thought my current expectations were beyond their budget, and just imagine I had a screening round earlier for around 45 mins and they need someone whose base location will be Kolkata and will be working from Gurgaon. It was really amazing that after explaining everything they thought I will be joining them for the same salary and they will find exceptional resources because bong people are very fond of working in Kolkata or do not want to relocate. After a long 2 hrs conversation they are really amazed and assured me to keep me posted for the next and final round with their other founder after almost 2 weeks of follow-ups I got to know they rejected my profile. That's the whole experience I had with them, and that experience was not good at all as I took 1 day's leave though they did not have a budget they moved ahead with my profile, and after a long following up they rejected my profile. So, yeah my overall experience was a little bitter as when you are asking a person with more than 7-8 years of experience and also asked for F2F you should be really careful to respect that person's time and also should be really careful while choosing the words.
