The interview or lack of was unprofessional needs addressed so someone doesn’t get their hopes up for a potential job that will not happen. I was offered the job, then the email didn’t work that was used to return my information.

This was such a weird process. Was reached out to via email, and given an initial questionnaire with very in-depth, professional, questions. I filled out the questions, sent it back, and was expecting to get a response for a phone or zoom interview. Instead, I was offered the job outright and sent an offer letter. When I questioned some of the offer aspects, I was given vague responses and then ghosted. Very unprofessional
