The process had a quick pace which was refreshing to see, then had a video call interview, it was pretty standard stuff to be honest and got a quick response after the call
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Digital Natives Content (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Quite quick, straight to the point. Asks about specific skills, programs, previous experience. Nothing too difficult as long as you know what you're talking about. Motion graphics is a fairly important skill for them to have. Benefit if you have creative edit examples. The interview was 2 steps: firt with the senior editor, then with manager and CEO. It's a small company.

A three part interview - each interview was under 1hr. The first was a very informal chat about competencies, the second was a presentation of previous work and the thought processes behind the work and finally I met the team.
