Recruiter reach out to me via LinkedIn. We emailed back and forth and had a phone call. She said she’d send back more materials and then ghosted me and I never heard from her again despite her saying I was a great fit

The process was fast, quick and easy. 2 rounds with the company and 1 round with the recruiter. Communication was good and decision making was quick. Right people were involved in the process and it was a 2 way conversation
