Dillard's Receiving Associate interview questions

One on One interview. Pretty laid back. Tell me about yourself type stuff and then you listen to the expectations. Hell bent on using you as a janitor to clean the store for the first 3 hours. Explained I was there for receiving but conversation kept going back to janitorial duties. Pay was $10.20/hr Interviewed on Friday and was called on Sunday at 4:00pm, which I found to be a bit odd. Never got to return the call because I was out in the Gulf fishing and had no cell access. By the time I got back to shore, it was past 6:00pm. Next morning (7:00am) I received an email stating I wasn't hired. So let me get this straight; the manager calls me on a Sunday afternoon to most likely ask if I want to be a janitor/receiver and when I don't call him back in 2 hours he moves on to the next? Sorry, but I have standards refuse to be used like some cheap ----- to clean floors. I applied to work in receiving, not to clean floors
