The interview was conducted in the training room which had not been cleaned, it was a mess. The HR Director and Director of Product Development/Marketing started the interview. The majority of the time was spent explaining what the company expected of the contact center manager. Through out the interview employees interrupted the interview. Approximately midway though the interview the owners joined; both were on their phones. One of the owners basically spent the remainder of the interview dissuading me from continuing in the hiring process. Once on board I realized he was not actually trying to get me to back out of the hiring process, this is his management style. He is very difficult to read. One minute he is treating you like you are in expert in your field, the next minute he is condescending and patronizing.
