Rigid and Unprofessional Interview Experience
First phase: Conducted over WhatsApp in Urdu, with multiple voices on the chat.
Second phase: Scheduling was unclear, and technical issues with the interviewer’s internet caused interruptions. I was asked about query optimization.
Biggest issue observed:
The interviewers expected answers in a very specific order. Even if your explanation or approach was correct, if it did not match the exact order they had in mind, the discussion became dismissive and unproductive.
-When alternative optimization strategies were suggested, they ignored them and abruptly ended the conversation.
-At times, I was told I was speaking too fast, even in Urdu.
Other concerns:
Rushed questions and lack of clarity in questions
Disrespectful ending
Overall interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional
