Interview
I applied online, and didn't hear back from them for two months for an Interview. During the interview processes, I was moved through to each round very fast, with one instance hearing an hour after an interview that I was on to the next round.
Then? Radio silence. I had completed all four round interviews and didn't hear anything for almost a week. I reached out to some of the hiring team, and still didn't receive replies until days or sometimes a week after I'd sent an initial email. After 3.5 weeks (if not longer), I finally received a rejection email (with no feedback included), which I felt could have been sent WAY sooner.
The interviews were fine, however it's clear that only a few people doing them know how to run an interview. Especially the interviews with C-Level, it was clear that they were completely unprepared and didn't even know what questions they wanted to ask. It felt very unprofessional and as if the interview was just thrown together. Overall very negative candidate experience. I sincerely hope whomever they chose to take this position fixes this process.
