Straight forward. Introduced by a common acquaintance.
The CEO knew about some of my previous work with various clients.
Most of discussion was around impact of organizational culture in the evolution of a company. Culture beats strategy!
What I like most about my current role is that the company doesn't take nonsense from anyone. If a potential client is not transparent and open from the very first discussions we simply pull out. Trust and commitment are the two main rules.
