Process involved several 'intelligence' tests and evening hours spent on phone talking to Owner reviewing the same information again and again. It took several calls before finally an in-person interview and then I was immediately dismissed and handed off to a reception. Owner was clearly looking for someone younger (and cheaper). Ghosted me after interview, unprofessional.
