Phone interview to learn about your personality then you get invited to the office to see spend few hours to see how the company works, you will sit with multiple members and asked different questions

1st stage: Phone call - mainly background gathering such as my education/ past work experience, why IT, IT courses I had completed 2nd Stage: Video Interview - technical IT interview asking questions such as what is DHCP, port numbers, troubleshooting questions, TCP vs UDP 3rd Stage: On-site in person try out - met with the team and directors, asked IT related questions and got me to complete some technical tasks
