Interview
Applied online. Got called in for an in-person interview and said to call back the next day if I was still interested. If I was, they'd schedule me for another interview with the general manager.

Interview
The process was straightforward and relatively easy. Training is provided by the company before you start working in the clinics. General questions about your experience, skills and interest. Further discussion to gauge fit for job , personality, etc. Think behavioural questions.

Interview
Applied online, got a call maybe a week or so later. I was really thrown off because I was in class and stepped out to take the call. The call interview was standard, asked me "Why do you want to work here", "What are your plans after school" Stuff like that. they also asked for my availability. After, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview at their administration office. I had my first in-person interview with HR, and she was kind. She asked questions like "Describe yourself in 6 words", "why did you leave your previous job" etc. This portion lasted about half an hour. Then, they got me in with the manager of their Admin location, to which both the manager and HR were in the room. The manager asked me a bunch of behavioural question such was "what would you do if you found out your coworker was stealing" "What would you do if you were the only person and didnt know how to do something and everyone was busy" etc. The whole in-person interview took about an hour and a bit. After all the questions, they offered me the position.
