Interview process included a phone call with HR and then two 30 minute Zoom interviews with a Manager and a Senior Associate. The interviews were pretty basic. They want to make sure you are a good communicator and understand their product. They will also ask why DraftKings and about your past experience

Zoom call with 2 interviewers both working in the position you are interviewing for. Asked to go over your experience and what led you to Draftkings. Next answered questions on experiences of handling certain situations. Ended with questions to ask the interviewers. The next day was emailed an online assessment which simulates how the role is in answering customer emails.

Interview was very simple. Easy questions. However, they didn't let me know dress code and I showed up in a suit and each interviewer was wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
