I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Drake & Associates (Waukesha, WI) in Jan 2025
Interview
After looking at their job posting and their website, I was excited to apply for their position. Little did I know that this was not a normal process. It was hoops to jump through. The absolute worst candidate experience. You interview with a Recruiter, if you "pass" you fill out a questionnaire and must submit a 3 minute video on why you are a good fit. Then if they like the video, you interview with another Recruiter. Then if you pass this round you must complete "two assessments" which they stated are 10 minutes each. This was inaccurate. The first assessment consisted of several sections 15-10 minutes each one and it consisted of an iq test, a portion about recognizing emotions on faces by looking at pictures, another section matching pictures of faces with scenarios. There was a personality test and a competency test. Then you have an opportunity to meet in-person but given one date, time slot.
All in all it showed a high level of micro management, high turnover, inflexibility, and stressful work-life.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Drake & Associates (Brookfield, WI)
Interview
The interviewer immediately put me at ease. His manner was professional, yet easy going. Human resource responsibilities (staffing, resolving issues) seemed to dominate this role. This position had some identical responsibilities as the Director of Operations.
