There were three rounds, with each round consistent of different interviewers. The first round was a telephone screener conducted directly by the position supervisor. The second round was held by the position supervisor and a panel of team members from different departments. The final interview was with the C-suite level staff.
Was not impressed at all. Person called and did maybe a 30 minute interview with me. Didn't even bother to follow up in timeframe given (shocker). I have heard all the orgs of this founder are absolute toxic waste dumps to work for anyways. Tons of nepotism and you have to sign NDAs
