The team of 4 people I was supposed to meet with fell to 2 because of a last minute project they were tied up in, which became a significant distraction to my interviewers resulting in nearly no questions asked to me besides the usual "tell us about your background." The remaining 2 interviewers fell to just 1 person who spent my limited time speaking on the role and her history at the company. It was not until the end of my interview— who was also the director— that I learned she had not even viewed my resume or portfolio. I stated in the interview and followed up with an email saying I would be glad to reschedule at a time when everyone was prepared and not distracted but was instead left with a rejection email.
