ok had an in-person interview meet with the Roger manager, project manager and side manager the atmosphere was nice and comfortable as well as the people I met were respectful
Very informal and relaxed. Technical questions very valid for the role. Interviewer was knowledgable and gave a good understanding of the company and the role advertised and allowed ample time for questions.

Explain the main differences between Registered and Excepted group life cover.
The interview was fine - though I was shocked at having to rake an IQ test for an admin position (laughable really!) The company though they are doing well are very up themselves in general. I would consider that before even applying.
