Dodged a bullet by the looks of it ! The existing reviews was super aligned to how the interview process was conducted and reflective of the culture the existing employees speak about in the reviews. The weirdest interview process ever seen at a well funded startup. 1. Starts off with a dead and rushed 15 min conversation with a HR 2. Followed by a take home assignment and a live screening call (free sourcing for them!!) 3. Meeting with the founders(who always turn up late with zero apology)
