The overall process was very fast - just one week from the initial call to receiving an offer. The team was transparent about the culture, high-speed environment with strong ownership, a demanding workload, and weekend work.

Question 1
What processes have you put in place from scratch?
What kind of sourcing strategies have you built?
One of the worst experience, 15 minutes of interview, clearly wasn´t paying attention, maybe just to get numbers of interviews of the week to put in an excel.
No Feedback, can´t expect a lot about the company or the recruiter.

Question 1
What metrics do you track?
What was the most difficult position have you worked?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dual Entry in May 2026
Interview
Purely transactional, with no regard for candidate experience or feedback. The recruiter missed two scheduled calls with vague excuses, and when conversations did happen, they it felt robotic and rushed. After completing an assessment, the following call was used to probe sourcing techniques, again with a cold and assertive tone. Something felt off about this process from the start. After getting this far, I received an automated no-reply rejection email with no reason provided, which was not surprising given how everything had gone. I had seen critical reviews here beforehand and was not fully convinced from the beginning, but curiosity pushed me to move forward anyway :/
