sono stato contattato dal Recruiter, il quale mi ha tenuto per circa 30 minuti chiedendomi della mia esperienza pregressa nel ruolo. E' stata una conversazione molto informale senza particolare difficoltà e che mi ha fatto ben sperare dal momento che il recruiter mi ha spiegato che mi avrebbe schedulato un colloquio con l'Hiring Manager entro massimo un paio di settimane. Mai più sentito ! Ho provato anche a scrivergli per chiedere un feedback , indipendentemente che fosse positivo o negativo ma non ho mai più ricevuto risposta. Zero professionalità ed empatia ( cosa poi riscontrata in altri feedback scritti da altri candidati )
