Dwell Property Management interview questions

Two interviews, both seemed to go very well. I think the owner was just too busy to decide in a timely manner and kept me in limbo for 1 month before I rescinded my application due to self-respect. There had been some emails in between. He continually mentioned wanting the perfect fit, which is fine, but I did not appreciate the lack of consideration for applicants schedules.
