I was initially contacted by Dyn via email to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. He never called.
A couple months later, another recruiter called me about another position. I spoke with him and the hiring manager about the position and my background (~10-15 minutes). Salary also came up. At the end of the call we scheduled an onsite interview.
The onsite interview was a half day with about 5 people for 30-45 minutes each. They asked about my resume and some basic programming questions.
I heard back from the recruiter within a couple days. While everyone I spoke with had positive feedback and they wanted to move forward with an offer, the salary was significantly below what we discussed during the initial phone screen, my current salary, and the pending offer I had with another company, which they knew about due to "lack of experience". I asked to discuss compensation with the hiring manager and never heard back.
The overall lack of communication and low salary was a big turn off.
