Then, there will be multiple rounds of interview, which is to test the candidate's professional skills as well as personality, from senior members of respective research department, followed by an interview with high-level company manager. 1 hour written interview in Chinese + 0.5-hour interview meeting. The line manager and peer colleague directly asked what's my expected salary during the interview meeting. It felt so odd.
