I applied online. Interviewer called me without reaching out by email first. So I didn't have time to free my schedule or prepare myself for the interview. He didn't present himself or the company and asked me questions at a rapid pace. He barely listened to my answers before moving on to the next question. It was clear the goal of this phone call was not to find someone to hire, but to reject someone in order to push in a preferred candidate or to justify an LMIA application to the authorities.
